Planning Applications:

We were approached by customers in Hampshire who were seeking planning permission for an extension to their 16th Century Grade 2 Listed Cottage. As part of that application, they had been instructed to provide the planning department with detailed planting plans, and landscape detailing of the hard landscaping that were intended. 

We designed the garden, and supplied the necessary planting schemes, and technical drawings. No ammendments were required. The plans that we submitted via the architect, were approved on 12th January 2026. A great result!

We remained in constant communication with both the architect firm, and the customer throughout, and were prepared to stay with them until the designs had been approved.
